Maracuja Basil Agua Fresca Nu Sour.
A refreshing, tart and fizzy Nu-Sour Ale fermented with huge amounts of magical Ecuadorian passionfruit, fresh Genovese basil and a pinch of Inca sun salt. This is the third beer of my Nu- series, which means a modern, “new age” take on the traditional beer styles- this time brewed with fresh Genoese basil instead of hops, a pinch of Inca sun salt for the mouthfeel and fermented on huge amounts of Ecuadorian passion fruit to make thirst even more yummy. Brewed to celebrate the CEO of rhymes, the artist who have shaped and moulded the hip-hop culture, MF DOOM.
Taking a tribute to DOOM, the artist who have shaped and moulded the hip-hop culture. Notes for his intricate wordplay, signature metal mask, and his supervillainy stage persona, he was an unpredictable and enigmatic figure of the scene. He got serveral alter egos for each different projects that he made in collaboration with a bunch of legendary musicians like Madlib & etc. Hip Hop is important and it need to be respected. Just like the true craft beer scene. Rest in Peace, Master.
Forest Fruit Bowl Parfait Nu Sour..
A fresh forest fruit bowl inspired smooth and refreshing Nu-Sour Ale fermented with fine selections of Willamette raspberries, Camarosa and Senga Senga strawberries, Morello cherries, Burgundy blackcurrants, Hungarian thyme and a hint of Hawaiian black lava salt. This is the second beer of my Nu- series, which means a modern, “new age” take on the traditional beer styles. This beer is brewed just with fresh hungarian thyme instead of hops, then fermented on a fine selections of fresh, rich and juicy candy-a-like fruits of the forest and a pinch of black lava salt. Brewed to celebrate the queen of neo soul, Erykah Badu.
The graphic design is based on a beautiful afro woman, Erykah Badu’s sketched portrait infused with one of my favourite romantic painter Delacroix’s chatoic and violent painting called “The Death of Sardanapalus”(1827-1844) as her afro hair. The spatterings are based on Jackson Pollock’s paintings. “Maiysha” is a beautiful free jazz song composed by the one and only Miles Davis. This song was sampled and remaked by Robert Glasper and the queen of neo soul, Fat Belly Bella, aka Badulla Oblongata, aka Sara Bellum, aka Analogue Girl in a Digital World, aka SHE ILL, aka Manuela Maria Mexico, alias Erykah Badu. This beer is brewed to celebrate Erykah Badu and her art. Baduizm is a religion. Amen.
Red Williams Pear Rosemary Créme Berliner.
A smooth, creamy and refreshing Nu-Berliner Weisse (aka Budapest Weisse) fermented with bushels of red williams pear (from Haute Provence, France), a dash of fresh rosemary and a pinch of Guérande fleur de sel. This is one of the first beer of my Nu- series, which means a modern, “new age” take on the traditional beer styles. This beer is brewed just with fresh hungarian rosemary instead of hops, then fermented on fresh, rich and juicy red Williams pears and a hint of Guérande fleur de sel. Brewed to celebrate the legends of bossa nova, Stan Getz & João Gilberto.
The graphic design is based on a painting from 1966 by Endre Szász, one of the greatest artist of all time from Hungary. The painting shows a chatelaine with her castle on her head. It was owned by my family for a long time, and it was on display in my grandfather’s living room. When I was a kid and we visited them, I had several nightmares about it. Unfortunately, the painting was sold when my grandfather passed away. This beer is based on the concept of the first beer I have ever brewed, called “William Shakes Pear”. I wanted to reimagine the whole concept and when I created this beer, I decided to find and somehow include this painting on the label. Desafinado is a Portuguese and Spanish word, meaning “out of tune” and “off key”.
Desafinado is also the title of a standard bossa nova song, which has been performed by many good musicians, but the most beautiful version is performed by the two legends, Stan Getz and João Gilberto. The beer is brewed to find your true soul, defeat all of your inner demons and to celebrate the legends of bossa nova, Stan Getz and João Gilberto. Amor!

Brewed to celebrate the sweet lord of hip hop beats Jay Dee aka J Dilla.
J Dilla was the Detroit hip-hop producer and rapper who humanized the AKAI MPC-3000 sampler and reformed the whole hip-hop music culture. Jay Dee made his name in the 90’s working with De La Soul, Slum Village, A Tribe Called Quest, Pharcyde, Busta Rhymes and also produced tracks for example D’Angelo, Erykah Badu and Macy Gray. He was also a member of the Soulquarians, a collective of hip-hop musicians. Dilla's death has had a significant impact on the hip-hop community. Besides countless tribute tracks and concerts, Dilla's death created a wealth of interest in his remaining catalog and, consequently, Dilla's influence on hip-hop production became more apparent.

Brewed to celebrate the legendary Miles Davis.
Solea is the final piece on the album called Sketches of Spain by Miles Davis and Gil Evans. The album was recorded between November 1959 and March 1960 at the Columbia 30st Street Studio, also known as “The Church” in NYC. This album is regarded as an exemplary recording of Third Stream, a musical fusion of jazz, European classical and styles from world music. “Solea” by meaning is a form of flamenco music.
Solea is also the song that turned out to be the last song in the last set of Miles Davis’ last public performance, a collaboration with Quincy Jones organized to pay tribute to the late Gil Evans.
Apricot Maracuja Parfait Créme Oat Sour.
A crispy and refreshing Sour Ale fermented with insanely amounts of magical juicy Ecuadorian maracuja and smooth Hungarian apricot.
Brewed to celebrate the legendary Miles Davis.
Amandla is an album by late-period Miles Davis, released in 1989. It’s the third collaboration and the first album together with bassist/producer Marcus Miller. The album mixes elements of the genres go-go, zouk, funk and jazz, combining electronic instruments with live musicians. This LP is highlighted by a surprisingly straight-ahead performance titled "Mr. Pastorius." In addition to Miles and his new altoist Kenny Garrett, various guests including Marcus Miller get their chances to play next to the great legend who is in top form. An excellent effort, it was really his last studio recording with his regular band.
