Meet the Nu- series, which is a modern, “new age” take on the traditional beer styles. B*BOP mostly reflects on different kinds of Sour Ales brewed with well selected and hand picked fresh spices and vegetables instead of hops and a special salt for the mouthfeel.
Most of my beers are new age sours, reimagined traditional sour ale/gose/berliner weisse/wild ale styles.
